Dr. Charlotte Ann Rhee is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in Northport, NY. Originally from Ansted, West Virginia, Dr. Rhee was drawn to plastic surgery for the unique combination of creativity, beauty, and healing it brings to medicine. She is passionate about helping women feel empowered and confident—supporting them in looking as good as they feel.
Early in her career, Dr. Rhee experienced a defining moment with a patient in her sixties who had long wanted a breast reduction but was discouraged by her late husband. After the procedure, the woman’s transformation—both physical and emotional—left a lasting impact on Dr. Rhee, reinforcing her dedication to making a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives.
Dr. Rhee is especially known for her expertise in breast reduction surgery, with a specialty in lollipop-scar breast reductions. Many patients seek her out for this life-changing procedure, which often relieves chronic neck and back pain and is frequently covered by health insurance due to its medical necessity.
