Dr. Marotta is well-known for his high level of expertise in facial procedures, including endoscopic facial plastic surgery, surgical and non-surgical rejuvenation, and rhinoplasty.

Dr. Marotta has written several published scientific articles discussing topics such as revision rhinoplasty and the midface lift procedure. In addition to his work at his private practice, Dr. Marotta has and continues to devote time to humanitarian causes, such as performing ear construction surgery for children in Ecuador, helping victims of domestic abuse, and providing treatment to veterans who sustained face or neck injuries in Iraq or Afghanistan. While passionate about providing people with enhanced quality of life through his work, the focal point of Dr. Marotta’s life is his family. Dr. Marotta and his beautiful wife have two children together, and their family enjoys skiing, playing sports, and exploring all that Long Island’s beaches have to offer.

Kenneth J. Ruiz, PA-C is a board-certified physician associate with a passion for using his surgical experience and keen aesthetic eye to deliver life-enhancing treatment results. He earned his degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College and trained at some of New York’s most prestigious medical institutions, including NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, NYU Langone, and St. Francis Hospital. During this time, he developed an intimate knowledge of anatomy, assessment, and technical precision through years of clinical experience and first-assisting in surgical cases.
PA Ken specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments with a focus on cosmetic injectables that offer natural, artistic results that enhance facial balance and restore youthful harmony. Guided by the philosophy that “injectables don’t need to be loud,” his approach emphasizes subtle refinements—softening transitions, reducing shadows, restoring structure, and improving symmetry—to create refreshed, cohesive, and beautifully understated outcomes.
Widely respected in the aesthetics community, PA Ken serves as a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute®, where he advances clinical excellence by educating fellow providers through hands-on training and evidence-based aesthetic techniques.

Janet is a medical aesthetician driven by the idea that when people look good, they feel good. She loves hearing from patients that they are getting compliments on their skin because she knows that she has provided them with results that have boosted their confidence and overall happiness. Janet’s favorite treatments are those that promote collagen, such as microneedling, RF microneedling, and non-ablative laser skin treatments, because of the natural rejuvenation that these therapies provide.
Janet loves working in her garden, reading fiction novels, crafting, and repurposing vintage and antique items in her spare time. One of her dreams is to participate in the reality TV competition, Flea Market Flip. Janet is happily married to her husband Andy, and together they have two children, Aaron and Devon Ann. Their family also includes an adorably fluffy and spunky Shih Tzu Lhasa Apso mix named Chewy.

Laura Brucculeri is a medical aesthetician at Marotta MedSpa with a strong focus on acne, acne scarring, textural concerns, age-related skin changes, and patient education. Her treatment experience includes microneedling, chemical peels, and Sciton laser and light technologies such as BBL and MOXI. She pairs in-office care with personalized product guidance, helping patients build home routines that support their skin and extend their treatment results.
Born and raised on Long Island, Laura now calls Northport home and truly treasures the connections she makes in her community. Her approach is naturally warm, attentive, and deeply informed. Above all, she wants every patient to feel knowledgeable about their skin, completely at ease with their care plan, and genuinely confident, supported, and beautiful after every visit.
