The patient, a 60-year-old female, underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, and facial fat transfer. The post-operative images taken six months after the procedures reveal observable changes. Notably, there is an improvement in the contour of the jawline and neck area. The lower eyelid region appears smoother with reduced puffiness. Additionally, the overall facial volume has been enhanced through fat transfer, contributing to a balanced appearance.
