This 71-year-old patient underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty, an endoscopic brow lift, and a deep plane facelift with neck lift. Upper blepharoplasty addressed excess eyelid skin, while lower blepharoplasty targeted the under-eye area. You're looking at the after photo at six months post-op, when most of the swelling has resolved and the tissues have settled.
