Six months after surgery, you're looking at the result of a deep plane face and neck lift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty in a woman in her sixties. The deep plane technique works at a deeper tissue level than a standard facelift, repositioning the underlying muscle and fascial layers rather than relying on skin tension alone. Upper and lower eyelid surgery was performed at the same time to address the eye area as part of the same operative plan. In the after photo, the jawline and neck contour are visibly cleaner, and the eyelid skin sits flatter.
