Patient Details
A patient in her early seventies underwent a deep plane face and neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to the face, all performed in a single operative session. The deep plane technique works by releasing and repositioning the deeper tissue layers beneath the skin rather than relying on skin tension alone, which allows more thorough correction of the neck and lower face. Upper and lower eyelid surgery addressed excess skin on the upper lids and the under-eye area at the same time. Fat transfer restored volume where soft tissue had thinned across the face.
